Dear International Kennel,
Here are some pictures of Molly, the Puggle that we bought from you in February of 2006. We are very happy to have her. She is a great dog! I have never had a dog in my whole entire life and was a little apprehensive to buy one, but I have to say that this little Puggle "Molly" is the love of our lives! What an adorable, loving, and well behaved dog! Thank you so much for the great transaction and information you provided us with. We are proud puppy owners!

P.S. Sorry for so many pictures, but I couldn't pick just one!

We are having a great time. Thanks for everything! Napoleon (our french bulldog) got a clean bill of health from my vet. It's really funny when I walk my Golden (Essex) and Napoleon together. They are forming a very close bond. We will be in touch soon.

Stitch,
Re: Buttons
She is a little doll! She sits in my husband's lap all day. I'm up and about too much. She loves to pull on my shoelaces until she gets them untied. One thing she does not like is sleeping in her crate. She crys all night which breaks our hearts but I can't take her into our bed with us - she is not housebroken as yet - working on it. Taking her to the vet on Monday for her next shot. She is paper trained already thought and goes on paper right now. Have to train her to go outside. That will come with time. We simply adore her. I have forwarded her pictures to our friends and they all think she is adorable!

Yesterday was finally the day our new puppy joined the family. She is so cute and so devious, she fits right in!
|
|
ODE TO MY CHIHUAHUA BABY.
We wait calmly for our new baby Hoping you'll arrive soon, just maybe.
Uncle Stitch is searching for us hard To add a new puppy who poops in our yard.
We chose a chihuahua, so cute and so tiny, We can't wait to kiss you from your head to your hiney.
Our kids, Nicky and Olivia, want to snuggle you too, And your mom and dad will hide every shoe.
Dottie and Gene are dogs and for you they can't wait To chase you and play with you, it will be Great!
You will be female, Margarita is your name, Your pink crate and toys are here, the waiting is insane!
You're coming to a home where pets rule the roost, You will be the Queen B., it will give you a boost.
Although we love you already, the rules are a must, As long as we all follow them, it won't be a bust.
Aw heck, it doesn't matter, we will love you the same, Hey, Gene chews walls, he's still here, it's fun like a Game.

Dear Uncle Stitch and the rest of the fabulous staff at IKC,
Once again, you have matched us to one of the cutest dogs ever! Our Chihuahua Margarita, is funny, energetic and quite amusing. We are all in so much in love, especially Gene, our Bichon, who we picked up from IKC in November of 2007.
I came back to IKC because of the love and dedication that you all have to your pets and families. I had no doubt that the wait for Margarita was going to be well worth it. Believe me, I did my homework for Gene….and, the decision to be a returning customer for our Chihuahua was an easy one to make.
So, more kudos to you all. You are all so wonderful. Uncle Stitch, you are like a family member to us. Our entire family has been built on adoption, including our human children, and we love all who have helped us to create such a wonderful family. We can’t thank you enough. It’s just going to be hard not to return for another…and another….and another….etc!

Dear Stitch, Mitch, Luis and all the rest of the staff at IKC,
Once again, we, the Schiano Family want to thank you for helping us to grow our family! We purchased our third puppy (a Chihuahua) from you guys today (our third since November 2007) and we couldn’t be happier. We are completely in love with our new addition. You guys are always so wonderful, thoughtful, helpful and loving!
Luigi Ramon Schiano is the sweetest little guy. He is very calm,
as Stitch explained, but loves to get in on the action with the other cookoos in our house. The minute a HUMAN picks him up, he closes his eyes and pretends to want to go to sleep! He just wants to play with his four legged friends. It’s quite comical to watch them all together.
We are extremely grateful to Stitch and Mitch for your generosity and all your help with bringing our little booger home. We only contemplated another family member….but then…it happened. We saw his precious little face last week and knew we had to have him. You and your establishment made our decision a very easy one. Especially because of the wonderful experience we had getting our Bichon Gene back in November 2007 and our Chihuahua Margarita only two short weeks ago (both from IKC). Our family members think we are crazy (now owning four dogs), but, we like to think that there is always enough love for “just one more”. Thank you for making all three experiences very special for us.
May God bless each and every one of you. Thank you for having the most important job in the world…..finding one of God’s most beautiful creations a loving family to go home to.
Sincerely,
Kim, Nick, Nicholas, Olivia, Dottie, Gene, Margarita and Luigi Schiano

Hi Stitch,
I'd like to mention that my boyfriend found your web site about 2 years ago and we decided to take a visit to check it out. At the time, I had my cat and my 14 year old short haired Chihuahua (his name was Gizmo) so I wasn't quite ready to take on another pet. About 5 months ago, we had to put Gizmo to sleep because he became very sick and was suffering a great deal. My family was devastated at the loss of him, especially my mother.
Last month, my mother started talking about how she wanted another puppy and kept hinting that she would like to get one at the beginning of the summer so that she could be home from work and take care of it. So, after getting several hints but not knowing what type of breed she wanted, I decided that it was time to go back to your kennel. My boyfriend suggested that we go take a look on July 4th (since the kennel was open).
I must say that when we walked into your kennel, we felt nothing but comfort and happiness. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and patient with me. I walked in there not knowing what breed I should get for my mother. I was initially looking at one of your Maltese puppies but then decided to take a look at your Chihuahuas. The moment I saw your 9 week old long haired Chihuahua, I fell in love with him and knew he was the puppy that I wanted to take home for her. When I brought him home to my mother that day, she cried tears of happiness! She was so happy and would not let him go. Everyday she thanks me for bringing him home to her!
So once again, I just want to thank all of you at the kennel for making my mother (and myself) so happy and for giving me the world's cutest Chihuahua!!
Thanks, Amanda Constantinou

We adopted a beautiful female boxer from you two years ago today. Her name is Bella and she is one of the best things that has ever happened to us. She is smart, loving and fun and a great addition to our family. She loves all people (especially children) and other animals. Bella is truly an amazing dog, she swims in our pool, runs with us and loves to go on the boat. We could not have gotten more lucky picking her. We can not wait to adopt another puppy soon. Thank you again for bringing us together. Here are some pictures of her.

Hi Mitch and Scott -
The picture of my son and Dixie you have on you website is so old, I figured I'd send new ones. Dixie is now 18 months old -- she's an absolutely wonderful puppy -- trained very easily (except for eating toilet paper) and is really wonderful with kids! Hope all is well with you and the staff.

Dear Stitch,
PK and I are Happy, happy, happy. This little butter ball is adorable and, as you said, all personality! I'm trying on "Sylvie" as a name. Believe it or not, today she climbed into PK's bed, with PK napping in it, and plunked herself down for a cuddle. PK let her fall asleep with her! And it hasn't even been 24 hours! All is well.
Stitch, I loved meeting you. You're great at what you do. I will keep in touch and I will send you customers. Thanks so much for finding me the perfect sister for PK. And, of course, assuming PK won't live forever (I wish), I'll be back for a Sylvie sister. Count on it.
I'll call when I'm ready and if I need your help for any other reason. Stay well. Happy Holidays. You've made mine perfect.
Warmly, Barbara (+PK + Sylvie) Pesin.

Dear Dave and Staff,
I’ve been meaning to write in regards to the puggle we purchased back in March from your store. Just wanted you to know that Maggie is a healthy, loving puppy! She’s a good puppy and has a personality of her own. I tell everyone who meets her that I think she developed some cat traits while she was in your store. She is small enough to climb on the couch and lay across the top and she especially loves to crawl up into a ball and snuggle with you. Everyone at “International Kennel Club” could not have been more caring and very helpful while we were in the process of adopting Maggie. I just want to say thank you so much for everything! I definitely will recommend your shop for anyone that is looking to purchase a dog.

Hi Stitch,
Thank you for working with me to get my dream pup. He's my air, my everything, just like Brandon, my 8 year old.
To touch base, it took us about 2 1/2 hours to get home. During the ride home, Rocky had a somewhat difficult time sitting still, he wanted to play forever and he was also very hungry. He tried to nip/bit at my fingers a few times, I didn't know if he wanted to play or he was doing it because he was hungry. Each time he did it I put him back into his box. But by that time he had discovered that he could jump out of the box. We tried closing the top a bit to prevent him for jumping out,it worked for the most part. We were all pretty exhausted by this time.
We finally made it home and we each had a role to play. Brandon was suppose to monitor/hold Rocky in the box until I got his dishes washed and food ready. Ade had to set up the crate. Rocky jumped out of the box twice. Brandon appeared to have some difficulty keeping Rocky in the box, he also thought Brandon was there to play with him.
Thank you for everything!

Hi Mitch,
Last week I emailed you to see if you had any cream female. We went yesterday. I must say we were very impressed with your kennel. We've been to several and sometimes we had to walk out because of the filth and smell. Yours was by far the best we've ever seen.
Your young staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. We saw the cream colored female you had but when I saw the male I had to see him too. It took us a while to decide but not once did your staff ever rush us or pressure us. As you probably know by now we bought both of them.
We named the female Lexie and the male Teddy Bear. He certain looks like a Teddy bear. If need be please use me as a reference for anyone who wishes to contact a new owner.
And please thank your staff for all their knowledge in helping us and we appreciate their care and attentiveness the whole time we were there.
I will recommend you to all who would like to buy a puppy.
Sincerely, Susan And Robert Chester

Hi Guys,
The Blue colored Chihuahua puppy I took home Wednesday is doing great. I name him Slate, and he loves my cats and my Abyssinian follows him all over, she loves him. I got the appointment for the Whitestone Vet on Monday. Slate adjusted to his home already, no problems. He's eating, drinking and starting to use the puppy pads and also making outside. I took Slate for a short walk in the park today. He saw ducks and people, and every time he got a little unsure of himself he comes over and puts his two front feet on my shoes. I am so happy I have him in my life. Thanks for all your help and getting me started.
